At Fitted Hats, we want to ensure your headwear fits perfectly and meets your style standards. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Hat

  Place the hat in its original shipping box or a sturdy container to prevent crushing and preserve the brim's shape.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we inspect the item for quality, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
